My podiatrist had recommended I check this pace out as I walk 3 to 4 miles day. I went on a weekday and was help by a salesperson called Dominick. Very seemed both knowledgeable and patiently helpful as I had a number of questions. I called back later as I had afew questions about to special insoles I had purchased. These guys Horace and someone who answered the phone were again extremely helpful and addressed my issues on the phone. The shoes and insole I bought were expensive, around $250.00 (more than I have paid for walking shoes before but I will say that the specialized shoes I needed and their level of helpful service more than justify the price.

I love their shoes, they are so helpful here and so nice. Any questions you have, they always know the answers. I've been going here since I got X-Rays on my feet to see that I have flatfoot and an acessory Navicular bone--no matter the time i went, whether it was 2017 or 2025 they are so helpful and always very professional, kind, and perfect.

We went in today to buy kids school shoes and Emily provided the best customer service. She was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. She took the time to make sure my kids tried multiple shoes and tried several modifications to help them fit. Service like this is rare these days and is much appreciated.

We went in close to closing time and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The older gentleman who helped us was VERY knowledgeable and honest. He made it such a fun experience for my 2 year old. We found the perfect size and perfect shoe! We can't wait to come back for his next pair of shoes. EXCELLENT customer service, EXCELLENT price for New Balance WIDE shoes, all around a GREAT experience!!! :)

I recently bought shoes here and appreciated the huge selection until I learned the overwhelming number of styles were not appropriate for someone with diabetes. The two pairs I bought are comfortable, one a New Balance pair and one by SAS.

My daughter wanted saddle shoes for school but she's never been shoe shopping before. She was excited and nervous but Dennis was helpful and very patient. He measured her foot and got her the right size. We were in & out in 20 mins. I would recommend this location to family and friends looking for footwear.

First class service which is really hard to find at shoe stores these days! Nice selection of shoes too, even for kids. The staff was so kind and helpful as well. We can’t wait to come back!

Liam helped me and he was great. He made great suggestions and I ended up going wit what he picked after trying on several options I picked out. He gave me suggestions on good brands for my issue. I like how he took his time and listened to my problem and what I was looking for in a shoe
